Its advertised as drying down to matte/satin finish and no powder is needed to set it. For such a little bottle it sure did engulf in the fragrance department. As I used my fingers to apply I did notice quickly how it just melted into the skin (blame the alcohol for that one). And I looked like I saw a ghost for about ten mintutes as my skins natural oils took over to give me a no makeup,semi-matte appearance. My only complaint is that I had to go in with bronzer on my chin because it was looking a lil too pasty pale.
The coverage on this is light to medium. Best suited for normal to oily skin as the alcohol content is bound to cause sahara conditions on dry skin types. Also I must note you must have zero issues on the skin surface for this to be of any benefit because it will highlight every sin.
The fragrance is slightly annoying but it does go away after a few minutes.
Will I purchase a full-size bottle? Heck to tha NO! Though I'm very happy with the Chanel Quad in Seduction that he picked out. Very pigmented.

I like it! Your skin looks flawless! But since you said your skin must have zero issues, I've counted myself out, unfortunately I'm not blessed with flawless skin so it's a no no for me. :( loving the quad eyeshadow colours though 😍

I love Perfection Lumiere but from your review I don't think the foundation will suit my skin needs.

I was thinking the same thing Tina!! As soon as I put that foundation on I wanted to wash it all off and start over with my Bobbi Brown foundation stick. :)
