I don't, because buying makeup makes me feel good inside. I should be buying clothes because I don't have very much, but clothes shopping makes me feel awful, and most days I wear the same thing because of work. I can wear whatever makeup I want at work, so having more to work with to have a different look every day is nice. I don't need shoes, and I only use one handbag until it falls to crap. To me, it's totally justified.

I have two children and trust me they don't go without ever... but it makes me feel guilty if I spend any money on myself lol x

I usually don't. It's funny though because I always feel bad spending $20 or something on a shirt yet buying a $62 palette is completely fine and leaves me feeling so happy and excited lol. Uh...

Ana, I know what you mean. I usually have to be getting some kind of bargain when I buy clothes, either it's from somewhere like H&M or I buy something from HauteLook or stalk for some crazy sale. It's not that I won't pay full price on clothes, but it has to be a classic piece for me to do that. Everything else I need to at least think I'm getting a deal.
With makeup however I have no qualms with buying high end brands, almost exclusively, and let's face it, discounts on that stuff are few and far between.

I don't. I just always wish I had MORE money to spend haha. I set aside money for makeup specifically so I can get what I want without feeling bad.

I totally relate. I tend to feel bad because I'm a broke college student and going to rite aid and spending 30-40 dollars on make up when I know that it just made buying food and gas a little more difficult kills me. But like someone else said I just love trying new things and looks. But hey I went into the store yesterday and didn't spent money on even more lipsticks so I guess there's that.

Bailey, omg I'm in the same boat as you. I need new clothes so bad but I get so frustrated and sometimes it literally puts me in the worst mood because I can't find anything I think looks good. I'm going out for my birthday in a few days and I'm forcing myself to buy myself some new clothes because I NEED them and I just hope it ends well and not with a migraine or tears hahaha. I will have to restrain myself at Ulta too so I actually have money left for clothes lol.
