Yes cut them, file them, buff them, and if you want to get rid of the yellow you can scrub your nails with baking soda and water or buy something to get rid of the yellow :)

I would start over, apply some nail strengher and keep your cuticles moisturized :) I cut mine down to the nub today so I know how you feel.

Remember to not take biotin without asking a doctor first. It can cause side affects since biotin is already in everything you eat and you almost always have enough of it.

Well you really shouldn't take biotin without consulting a doctor. There is no need to take something if you aren't deficient in it. Too much of anything is bad. Are you taking Vitamins, Tyler (like normal Flintstone vitamins?) Because that could be part of the problem. When I was taking my vitamins, my nails were a LOT better but I'm out and they are expensive so my nails are in worse condition.

Otherwise I would cut, buff, and file your nails. If you want to help with the yellow you could try soaking them in a mixture of peroxide and bakeing soda. Also make sure to always keep your hands and cuticles moisturized.

Listen to Olivia! I've been doing her routine about a week and I see a huge difference in length and health in my nails! Her video is worth a watch and is extremely helpful!

They already look pretty short, I'd just let them rest for a while. Maybe get some nail strengthener or something.

I would cut down on using nail polish as this can cause them to go yellow, especially if left on too long :)
