I'm in search of your DIY hair masks that actually work! Do you ladies have any??

I have a couple DIY that I do.
Coconut oil, sandalwood oil, tea tree oil. All together most of the time, sometimes I do them by themselves.
Aloe vera and egg. Same as above, most of the time together but sometimes separately.
I put them in, let them sit with a shower cap over my hair, after an hour or so, I wash my hair with a regular shampoo and conditioner, then air dry.
Sometimes with the aloe vera, I sleep with a shower cap in, then rinse and condition.

Coconut oil, avocado and banana - use really ripes ones in a blender or, if you don't have one, baby food versions work just as well!
