Hi ladys I straighten my hair a lot and I always notice before I get in the shower or when I look in the miror its not holding its straight look it get all wavey what are some ways that I can keep it stright.

You probably just need a better straightener... That used to happen to me all the time. I use a Royale now and it works really well.

I have that same issue as well. it's really annoying, but using a serum after I straighten my hair really helps. I use fantasia's heat protectant serum.

I have this to but my hair is really curly and I straighten it very rarely but I just have really thick really curly hair so there's nothing I can do about it really! 🙍

Amy A. I don't think its my straightener bekause I have a paul Mitchell straightener and it costed me almost 200 bucks and its a professional tool but thanks girl I didint think of that.

Blow dry straighten it first then go over your hair with straighteners mine lasts soooo long and my hair is literally a puff ball when I don't straighten it 😂😂

How long after straightening do you notice the waves? If it's immediate it could be the straightener, but it sounds like it takes a while to lose the straightness, right? I'd say humidity is likely to blame, but if your hair gets oily easily that can cause it too. Pretty much any contact with moisture will cause your hair to return to it's natural state. You can try dry shampoo to keep hair dry between washes, or a weather protectant spray/serum.
