Umberto Giannini has a great range of hair products to add volume. They are the ones in the purple bottles and they smell gorgeous! They work well when you use them together but I particularly like the thickening spray. Plus boots often has some kind of offer like 3 for £10. You should also try using rollers! :)

You can use straighteners! Position it at the root of your hair and flip it the opposite way that it falls. like if you're doing the right side of your hair, pull a strand up, put the flat iron at the root, and flip the strand to the left side (you may need to clip it) until it cools. you can also hairspray it for extra hold. :D

if you dont wanna spend a lot of money, just get volumizing mousse and put that in your hair when its still wet and blow dry your hair upside down or with a round vent brush.
