I eould go with NARS Sheer Matte Foundation or Rimmel Stay Matte. If not already using a primer you could really benefit from using one. elf Mineralizing Face Primer is affordable and works great.

Covergirl outlast 3-in-1 is really good! Revlon colorstay is good too but it can feel a bit heavy on the skin (if that makes sense).
