Yeah that's a good collection to start with :) I have the same, along with some coastal scents (probably the same manufacturer as bh), elf, sephora, sonia kashuk, urban decay, tarte, and morphe brushes.
I too like to get sets, because I feel like I'm getting more, but sometimes the quality in sets aren't as good as individuals. I talked to a couple mac girls and they confirmed that the sets that mac comes out with are subpar in comparison to the permanent line ones.
Also, I'm kind of a brush hoarder lol. So anytime I have the chance, I'll get new brushes, repeats, anything. You can never have too many lol.
