I swear up and down by lush R&B hair moisturizer for a heat protectant the creamy constancy makes it super hydrating and a little bit goes a long way. everytime I see a hair stylist they always comment on how healthy my hair looks and feels and I know its because of this stuff. been using it for 3 years and I won't use anything else :)

I also just use it on my hair everyday focusing on the ends even if I don't use heating products. it gets rid of fly aways and tames frizz instantly.

I agree with Meg I use TRESemm? heat protectant it's a really good product.
