You can use your foundation/concealer instead :3 Or a cream eyeshadow. You could also use a Mac Paintpot in a flesh toned color :3

Also try applying your shadows wet/damp. I personally have to prime no matter what, but if you can get away without a primer, that's one less thing to worry about!

You can use without primer like what Carie said use those things.When I started makeup many moons ago lol we didn't have all that primer stuff of course they didn't have it so we worked it all out with what we had at the time and different techniques. :-)

Oh and I also agree with Shelly that was also another way to set it and also wet your brush.

I think that useina a concealer as a base on yr eye lids is just as good as a primer, also most foundation these days have primers and silicone in them all ready , I have used primers before and find them use full to grab the eye shadows but as for staying power I don't think they help any . :)

Just apply a concealer 1 or 2 tones lighter than your skin: it really makes the eyeshadow stay longer and the colours look at their best! ;)
