I wear individuals and strips. I don't wear them everyday and when I do its all about application and removal. Correct removal is so important if you don't want to lose your healthy lashes. I use a cleansing oil to remove mine and I apply lashes just above lash line....just smidge above.

Make sure you glue the lashes to your lid tight to your lash line. As long as you don't glue them to your lashes you should be fine. I've done that before and it's painful to remove!

I've been lazy over the past couple of months and I haven't worn any, but I was wearing them probably 5 times a week on average, and I never had any damage or loss of lashes. I don't see any difference in my lashes from the time when I wore them regularly to now when I rarely wear them =)

If you use a good glue like DUO, even if you glue your real lashes to the fake ones, it shouldn't be strong enough to pull them out. I've never had a problem and I used to wear them almost daily :)

Not at all, just don't do it too much. Too much of anything is never good!
