So my favorite store is H&M, because their clothes and shies and accessories have a very glam indie buisness feel, in my opinion. They arent always cheap, but they arent super expensive. I adore that store.

Other places to shop:

-Forever 21
-Rue 21
-Kohls
-Debshops
-Wet Seal
-PACSUN
-Hot Topic
etc...

I also recommend thrifting. It is fun and lots of times you get great unique pieces for awesome prices. I go thrifting all the time.

Now as for the matter of wearing heels, I say go for it. I love wearing heels all the time. If you don't think your feet can take a whole school day in heels, try wedges. They provide support for your entire foot and are therefore more comfortable than heels, wherein only your ball and heel have support.
