When your feeling puffy or looking it actually..what are your at home remedies... what do you recommend? is ginger really an anti inflammation root?how do you use it.

Do not take large doses of ginger. Slice off thin slivers of it and place it in herbal tea to drink or add it to a green smoothie. I made the mistake of throwing a large chunk of ginger root in a smoothie and was sick as a dog...hospitalized sick as a dog.

Same with ground ginger. Too much of it in any form can create serious gastro issues. But ground ginger blends much better in teas and smoothies.

Ginger is good for inflammation my sister has lupus and she drinks ginger tea and it does help with her swelling.
