I do auburn brownish or red to brown gradient depending on the day or how I'm feeling lol. I think brown brows can look weird with some shades of red hair, I would always suggest at least using a warm toned brow product!

If your hair is naturally lighter red I'd go for a light auburn brown.
My hair is naturally red (on the darker side though) and I use a medium auburn brown.

Don't dye, just fill with shadow or brow product... unless you need to go lighter, there is no sense in it.

Is your hair naturally red (orangeish), auburn or is it an unnatural red? In the first case, I'd go with a blonde color for brows. In the second and third case, auburn, like everybody else suggested.
