I wanna know if I should go to a nail salon and get some nails put on. I chew my nails and I really wanna get out of the habit. I'd like to know some advantages and disadvantages of these nails and some designs that would be cute that can match any outfit.

Hey girl, tbh I don't think fake nails are the best way to break the habit; I tried that for years and it would leave them worse, weak, brittle. Sure they'd grown a tiny bit but they were fragile and broke off pretty much a day or two later. I've recently just broken the nail biting habit and I did it by getting a nail growth polish and applying it twice a day for a week or two. Use it with your favourite nail colour, you'll notice your nails growing in a few days so it motivates you to keep going without biting them :)

Does the nail growth polish look like a regular nail polish container?

Yeah use that nail polish its made for people who use to chew on their nails.. its in a regular nail polish bottle and its quite bitter I think which is intended to repell you from chewing it until you get the mannerism off. I use to chew mine too when I was about 13... fradually got over it without using anything.

Nail chewing nail polish really helps :) by friend gave it to me and when I used it I didn't think it would actually work but then... I just put a nail in my mouth and it was such a horrible taste.. I had that awful taste for at least 5 minutes... with a week I stopped chewing my nails :)
