Should I put some cream on my acne or just leave it dry,my skin is very dry so I really don't know what to do.

I just wash my face with water becouse I have really bad allergies,and I use nivea face cream.

I really don't know what I'm allergic to,but I tried so many products and after few minutes it would all be red and it would feel like burn I don't know how to explane. I will sure try tea tree oil,thank you, you really helped :)

If your face is prone to sensitivity, I would spot treat the acne, only paying attention to the most noticeable sections. Tea tree oil is really good. It's a bit over powering but it has good results so make sure you only use a little bit. My favourite thing to do for my acne is use toothpaste, whiting kind works best, and spot treat my face. Leave it for 15 minutes and rinse. Toothpaste is an anti-bacterial and helps get rid of those nasty germs in acne and everyday pimples. But If your really worried I would advise seeing a doctor, because acne is usually more so to do with a hormonal imbalance and if your looking for a more radical approach there is some medication for it.
