Whenever I shave my underarms they get really itchy and irritated. I would stop shaving them but 1. That just grosses me out and 2. My deodorant dosen't work as well. But I always use shaving cream/hydrating soap. And it never bothers my legs.

I like to use a gentle face moisturiser after I shave. I use Neutrogena's Oil Free Moisturiser for Sensitive Skin. Beautylish also has an article in the Editorial about underarm care.

You might just be shaving against the grain. With me I can't shave my underarms moving from rib cage and going up ( going against the natural way your hair grows) or I'll get irritated skin and bumps maybe you just need to shave "with the grain" if you know what that means and I use Dove Clinical protection Deodorant

Maybe try a different rye of shaving cream or use body wash. Even if you go to your local pharmacy they would be happy to help and would have something for it👍

It could just be your shaving cream or razor...I know lots of people use coconut oil as shaving cream and if you don't have a Venus razor maybe you should get one.

If you shave and apply deodorant shortly after it may be irritating your skin. If that is not the problem I agree with Olivia about getting a Venus razor.
