My hair seems like it's thinning, but either way it is just thin all the time and is oily, so I wash it every day. Are there any good volume shampoos/conditioners? Or what are good hair growth shampoos/conditioners? I know I need to spend some money on this stuff but want to keep it within a decent budget. And help is appreciated!!!

Don't wash your hair everyday it is very bad for your scalp. Go get bed head dry shampoo it is also used as a volumizer. A good shampoo would be redkens body full shampoo and conditioner when washing your hair with shampoo use your fingertips and massage in scalp do not put the conditioner on your scalp. (Cosmo student almost done!)

DON'T wash your hair! I totally agree with Ashlie here. If anything wash it every other day or twice a week. The oils have a purpose, they FEED your hair shaft. I use a 100% boar bristle brush on my hair to spread the oil from my scalp to the rest of my hair. This makes it look less oily longer depending on how long your hair is. Also, you need to super moisturize it since it's lost most of the oils of the hair which is why you are breaking. I use MoroccanOil on my hair from the shoulders down to moisturize it after I shower. It's very pricey at 46ish dollars per bottle but they last me about 5-6 months and I have LONG hair. It's 98 centimeters long or 38.5 inches so I'm sure this will last you QUITE a bit longer. =D Also, don't brush it/comb it while it's wet. It promotes breakage.

Heather. I work at a salon and I also hair fine hair. What I have been using and been liking is nioxin hair shampoo and conditioner. I also use diamax also by nioxin. That helps plump up the diameter of each hair strand for fuller hair. Nioxin will also help keep the hair u already hair so no future hair loss happens. It's def worth it for all three products.
