I have the same skin type and I love the nars sheer glow, also the urban decay naked skin and lancome teint miracle are good options! all with slightly dewy finishes. :)

Oh and I forgot to mention YSL Teinte Touche Éclat. It's a satin/glowy finish. A little light on covg though.

I would suggest you Estee Lauder double wear foundation but the only thing is, its a matte finish foundation. You should try the Dior forever flawless foundation, the coverage is amazing and gives you that little amount of dewy look. Hope this helps (:

I know you're looking for high end but I personally think L'Oreal True Match just described what you're looking for. maybe consider giving it a try :)
