I'm going on a date and it's at a fancy restaurant. I've never been anywhere like this and I don't know what to wear!! I want to wear my solid black skater skirt with black tights. But what shirt?!?

A white or floral blouse and some nice black heels or black flats what ever you prefer and I would curl my hair but finger brush the curls and simple makeup and if you don't like the blouse ideas try a solid colored sweater I will make you some outfits so you can picture it better.

A chiffon shirt would look beautiful, mine is cream with black leather on it, I wear mine with a black skater skirt, black tights and heels:)
