I have the miley Cyrus cut and I just want to help give some tips I have from having a pixie cut my entire life.

I suggest looking at pictures of how she does get hair. or other celebrities like Ginnifer Goodwin, Karen Gillan, Jennifer Houston, and Charlize Theron. Really just look up celebrities with short hair and learn from that.
