Hi! What drugstore and highend face cosmetics would you recommend to buy if you had $70?thanks!

i would recommend the wet and wild pallets, they come with like 8+ colors in them. they blend soooo good. I would recommend MAC's oyster girl lip gloss. its heaven in a little tube.very light scent of vanilla, i hate the smell of vanilla but it doesn't bother me. fit me foundation by mayballine. very comparable to mac's foundations. also revlon color stay foundation.

Definitely do a MAC lip gloss and Revlon Color Stay foundation as Keshonta B suggested. A highend blush and drugstore mascara. Nice mixture never hurts.
