I get these.
I may only be 15 but I've had bad skin since I was like 9. I have tried evey 'drugstore' skincare line on the planet, and every home cure.
Steam your face to open the pore. Cleanse your face. Drink a lot of water. And change your pillowcase. Use tea tree, or some cream containing salicylic acid. It will very soon. hope I helped :)

If it's been there for a while, say, maybe a month or more, and if it's really bothersome, I'd recommend seeing your dermatologist. I've had odd things like that pop up on my face that I always ask about at my check-ups.

Speak with a dermatologist better because if you mess up with any of the advice you can hurt yourself pretty badly.
