Ok so I have a dance to go to soon and I have this adorable just above the knee dress and I have a bruise on my knee! Is ther any way I can cover it up or get rid of it in a short amount of time?

Use some foundation or concealer. Also if you have enough time they sell leg foundation spray at drugstores.

Get a yellow/peachy concealer if it's purple or bluish, green if it's red. Those will neutralize the colors and then you can color balance it with foundation to blend with your skintone. Make sure to powder it so it doesn't rub off.
