Don't pop them! I had the same problem because they only get worse. I jus washed my face with a soap bar that really dried my face &then they started going away

Do NOT pop them. You will get acne scars. Acne scars are no fun.
They're on your forehead though, so keep your hair clean, and pinned AWAY from your face until that clears.
Make sure you wash and/or change your pillow cases once or twice a week, because dirty pillowcases could be the problem.
Also, use an acne spot treatment. I like Alba Acne Spot Treatment the best.
Use a good antioxidant cleanser. Origins A Perfect World is a good one.
Get a moisturizer that hydrates but doesn't clog pores or make your skin oily. I have really dry skin but it is also acne prone, so I like Origins Make A Difference Plus+ Rejuvenating Moisture Cream.
Use a blemish clearing mask once or twice a week. Try Juara rose and willow blemish clearing mask.
