I have it pretty bad especially on my chin and mid forehead, you can't see it until you look in a magnifying mirror, just skin colored little bumps. but I squeeze them and cause break outs! anyone know of any good wash, mask or astringent that helps with this?!

I would try honey under a bandaid or put toothpaste on them. Trust me, they work wonders.

I will have to try the honey thing, first tine hearing that! and I figured the tooth paste would sorta be like the mint julep masque I use on occasion, but I'll give both a try, thanks!

Its hormonal most likely. talk to a dermatologist and your gynecologist. Birth control can seriously help with acne! I had terrible skin and the dr put me on the pill and I'm cleared up. But if you aren't comfortable taking the pill, that's totally up to you. I know some people don't believe in it. All your choice :)
