I bought Clinique acne solutions from the mall yesterday can anybody tell me if its any good? I used it last night and today my chin is breaking out :( and do I wear my make up over it?

I had a horrible reaction to it. If you've already broken out I would stop using it, it will only get worse. You can return it and get a full refund. You can wear makeup over it but I wouldn't recommend it if you're breaking out, just let your skin breathe and don't put anything on it.

Clinique will make your break out when you first start using it because it really cleanses your skin. As with any new skin care routine you skin needs time to adjust took me three weeks but after that my skin was great with clinique.

I agree with Cat in that you need time. It could be a coincidence and some other variable (diet, stress, etc) that caused the flare up. I say if in a week you still find yourself breaking out majorly, stop. But normally to see results with skin care, you should really wait 1-2 MONTHS! and you have to be pretty religious about it!
I have crazy acne too so I totally feel your pain/frustration!

You need to use it religiously for it to work and to have every step, v expensive in the end.

I have been its been 3 days so far and I can see alittle results but not much so I think if I give it time it will work. But acne isn't so much my big problem I have really bad acne scars. Does anybody know anything to help I feel like I've tried everything and nothing works.

Trust me your skin renews itself I belief every month. You have to take time. Clinique is the only thing I get results from that doesn't damage my dry sensitive cheeks. I am very oily in the t zone but dry in the cheeks. Did you get a full consultation? I was very annoyed at first with Clinique I even emailed them! But I stuck with it and it paid off. I would say try a full month if you have no improvement then move on or maybe try at different combination of clinique products

Scars will tend to fade in time...I can't remember if the clinique one uses benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, but if it uses both that should be a good way to help speed up the fading!
