I'm have in nail trouble I got my self to stop biteing my nails but they are rough at the ends. I filed my nails but it keeps happened.

Try getting nail hardner from a Sally's beauty supply & buy some of the polish that taste nasty so you will keep your nails out of your mouth! 😊

I also have a habit of biting my nails and I took biotin and they grew longer and thicker

Keep then short for a few weeks to allow the weakened nail to grow out and massage your cuticles
