Let me tell you, first of all, your hair is beautiful!
And so is your face, so I say: go for it!
If you don't--> you will probably will always be thinking "oh why didn't I do it??"
But if you do do it--> you might look amazing!
Or you might regret it, which isn't that bad. It will grow back and you can try new styles once that happened:)

Yes I do think you could however- I think long hair is always nicer. I've had short hair before kind of like rhiannas length when she had it short and trust me you will not be saving time in the morning it is SO much harder to style short hair you wake up and it ends up sitting in an odd position and being a girl you don't want to use too much product like guys to get it looking normal. You will have plenty of time to have your hair short in your older years enjoy the length while your young. Plus guys love long hair ( but who cares what they like lol) x
