Use a tea-tree oil based face wash and petroleum and paraben free moisturizer. For spots, Neutragena makes a tinted heal and conceal treatment. Also, Bare Minerals Blemish therapy is fast acting and reduces redness. If you have a fav face wash...you can just add a drop or two of tea tree to that, but use sparingly. The oil is in the vitamin isle at most drug stores. Lastly, salicylic based cleansers are often a great solution. If your condition doesn't improve or you have deep bumps beneath the flesh, I strongly recommend seeing a derm.

Hope it's of use to you. I saw a tea tree face wash at Target today and I've seen them at CVS before. Also, Aveeno's Daily Radiance Moisturizer is soy based and paraben free so that should be gentle. You may also want to look into "SayYes to Tomatoes Repairing Acne Lotion"... which is a gentle, natural Salicylic acid lotion you apply after you wash. You cand find the Say Yes Line at CVS, but Walgreens and Target may carry it as well. They have some nice moisturizers as well.
