My best advice is to do some research on YOU. Understand what your skin tone is, if your skin is dry or oily, find out what eyebrow shape best suits your face shape (there are guides for everything). Start easy with a tinted moisturiser and if you like the look and feel then go a bit heavier with foundation etc. Accentuate your eyes with a touch of mascara or eyeliner and learn how to do it properly. Once you've got used to the basics then build on it and start experimenting. Trust me, coming from experience, there'll be a few mishaps here and there but you've just got to test out what interests you and what you like. :)
