- watch as many YouTube tutorials that you can (makeupbyeman, beatfacehoney, rosh posh and gossmakeupartist are professional makeup artists who are gurus as well.)
- Don't go out and buy expensive makeup yet because you're just learning. Once you know what you're going you can switch to name brand cosmetics.
-Go to the drugstore and get the basics: start with a black pencil liner, a palette of neutral browns, mascara and a natural lip color or gloss and a brush set. You can get concealer and foundation if you want.
- the pictorial is of basic eyeshadow application. Use this as a guide

Well first of all learn the basics. Take care of your eyebrows if you need to, learn your bone structure and the type of skin you have as well as your undertones. After you've got that down, you should experiments with different things! Your skin looks pretty clear to me which probably IS the result of never really wearing make up :P lucky you, try some nice primers, foundations and maybe concealers where you need them. Try on different types of eyeliner styles and see which one suits you best! The key to makeup is to enhance your natural features and make them better, so all you need to do is experiment and practice practice practice! Plus you can just walk into any store that sells makeup and ask them for advice! Tell them you've only started wearing makeup and you need advice on what to purchase and they'll tell you what the basics are! You're beautiful! Have fun with your face :) x

Try going to sephora, they will find your skin tone and flattering shades for you. Plus they will give you samples if you ask for them. Play with drugstore makeup and watch tutorials online. I love nikkie tutorials on youtube. She's funny and amazing at makeup

Go to the sephora store I personally like the tarte collection the colors are great and youthful, they will help you match your skin color and they could help you put on make up to your liking I think that would be the best option for you cuz I could tell you ehat works for me but that might not be what works for you =D.

@Rhea I was like that a year and a half ago. I didn't know a thing. I started out where just lipstick, a single eye shadow color and mascara. start at the drugstore since your just starting out ( who wants to fool around with 30$+ makeup) wet n wild has great shadow palettes and elf for brushes.
