It is the wonderful Fan brush to me it has many uses and comes in many sizes,sweeping off excess powder or adding powder or bronze,highlight it's also great for applying mascara,it's helpful to achieve certain makeup styles or some use for nail art.It's quite a handy brush to have around :)
