Clean them up, file the ends so they don't chip and stuff, use a 4in1 nail file to even out the nails, rub almond oil on the nails to moisturize them and then put on sally Hansen's Diamond Strong on them :) Do this about once a week, and I'm sure your will have healthy nails in a month ;)
