Like for eyeshadows, wet & wild shadows are amazing. For blush, try elf. For lipstick, try wet & wild too. For mascara, the jordana one will do (since it's recommended you throw it out after 3 months, I wouldn't spend too much on a mascara anyway)

Ohh girl, I shop for makeup on a budget ALL THE TIME! I just can't see paying twenty dollars for a lipstick that I can get for two! My suggestion is Walgreens or CVS, they have huge sales where you can get anywhere from 50% off too buy one get one free! Also, COUPONS (yes, they still exist) drugstores have all kinds of coupons. Another cool thing is I think it's cvs that has where you get a card & every time you get something they scan it & you get money after so many purchases or something like that. But brand wise I'd say wet n' wild for lipsticks, eyeliner, awesome eyeshadow pallets, & the coverall foundation is amazing! Another brand would be elf (located at target & some drugstores) they have very nice brushes most for just a dollar, & to be honest I've never had anything from that brand that I haven't liked.. It's the only brand that I've found so far with an affordable setting spray to! Hmmmm.. A brand that you have to be careful with is NYC (I see it mostly at Walmart) their bronzer in sunny is amazing, also the blushes are extremely amazing.. I really do hope this helps, :D.

Ugh girl unfortunately I'm a label whore when it comes to makeup! But coastal scents does really have good deals and you could also search the web for like higher end brands but at a cheap price just make sure to research the site you order from!
