Short Hair or Long Hair?

So I currently have long dark brunette hair that is almost black. My hair has kinda been at the same length for the past year, so I don't really think there's any chance of it growing any longer. Do you guys think its time for me to cut it and get a new look, or should I keep it long? Unfortunately I don't have pictures of me with shorter hair so I have nothing to compare with :( but I posted one of me with long hair so that you can see what it looks like now... Tell me what you girls think!! Thanks.

Short would frame your face nice also maybe consider bangs? :)

Hmm. Maybe. I had bangs when I was younger, didn't really think of trying them again. I might.
