For teeth you can use baking powder and hydrogen peroxide, or baking powder and lemon juice, just not too often or it'll damage your teeth. Best of luck(:

For bigger lips, apply a little bit of highlighter under your bottom lip, and some on cupids bow on top of lip; then line lips with lip liner and apply lipstick; then apply lip gloss. And for whiter teeth, mix some water, hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda in a small bowl. mix together, brush teeth, then apply the 'solution' to your teeth. Brush for about 2-3 minutes. (your gums may bleed a bit, but that is because of the abrasiveness of baking soda) Hope I helped! :)

For bigger lips;
•Make sure you exfoliate them which gives them a plumper look, and helps your lips look smooth as apposed to shriveled up, you can use a sugar scrub or some petroleum jelly and a tooth brush
•lip liner will help your lips look bigger, just don't over do it. Take a lip liner close to your natural color and outline the outside of your lips, I do suggest going one shade darker then your lips though to create that 3D realistic effect.
•stick to a lighter shade of lip stick as apposed to really bright lipsticks, natural ones will bring less attention to your actual lip size
•apply a lighter colour or some concealer to the centre of your lips as a highlight, in general focus on the gradient or dark on the outside to light on the inside
•apply some gloss on the centre of the lips aswell

For whiter teeth:
•avoid coffee and tea and blueberries, anything staining
•rub orange peels on your teeth
•brush your teeth with baking soda
•try a hydrogen peroxide rinse once a day
•brush your teeth with a whitening toothpaste over a day like crest 3D white

For bigger eyes:
•try a light cream all over the lid, and a shimmery champagne on the very middle of the lid to shape them and round them out
•apply a taupe or brown in the crease in a very rounded way, as apposed to the cat eye angled eyeshadow classic look, keep everything round.
•curl your lashes and stick to lengthening mascarra as it will open up your eyes
•apply a white or nude eyeliner on the waterline to make your eyes appear bigger
•avoid eyeliner that's too dark as it will close up your eye, but to apply some light brown to the lower lash line if you use a cream liner because it will look more natural
•make sure you highlight the brow bone and inner corner to bring more light to that area
