Hii guys:) soo I dyed my hair a lighter blond and it turned almost orangey so I was wondering if I put in a blue shampoo will it take out the brassiness? And if I leave it in or a while will it leave a blue/purple tint? Thanks & Merry Christmas!😊🎉

Hmm... I'm not sure test it out on a small piece of your hair first.

I'm pretty sure that if you use a purple or blue tinted shampoo/conditioner and leave it in for about five minutes and rinse, it'll take out the brassiness.

Yes it will take it out but it takes a few washes.

Yeah it won't leave a tiny, I use it all the time to brighten my highlights (and get any orange spots because I like golden brown highlights)

You will have to use a blue based toner to really make a difference in the color, a shampoo may help a little but not enough.

Although I have never tried the shampoo, I've heard that it does little change. But what I have tried, is toner. Buy one with a Blue base, and it will cancel out all the orange in your hair, leaving only the blonde in your hair. It's also very healthy for your hair, way much better than shampoo.
Good Luck! :)

I would tone your hair a few times to fade out the readiness then dye it the blonde you want if toning it didn't work.
