You can mix shampoo with onion. first you put the onion in your shampoo for 15 days, them you put out the onion and that will help your hair to grow.

Well I would say stay away from heat as much as you can. I haven't used any heat for 6 months and let me say it grows SO much faster. use heat protectant if you are going to use heat though. take vitamins, maybe biotin. get regular trims, and try deep conditioning

My hairdresser has always trimmed an inch of hair every three months and I have noticed growth but I have heard that crushing birthcontrol onto your shampoo/conditioner helps.
