My skin flakes with the winter dryness but progressively gets oily throughout the day, leaving my skin flakey and oily at the same time. Help!

I have the same problem I don't know how to fix it but I usually just get oil absorbing wipes and blot my face during the day and it kind of helps.

Me too! I use oil absorbing primers and foundations but then I'm still dry so I add lotion and I get oily again.. So frustrating haha.

Sometimes skin makes extra oil to make up for dryness. I have similar probs, I use a dry skin formula moisturizer, and I like them to be gel because they aren't greasy. I use garnier moisture rescue refreshing gel cream (dry skin formula), and let it soak in completely before I put my makeup on. I also use a good powder (maybelline dream matte)
