For winter I usually wear a cute baggy sweater and my black skinny jeans with some tie up shoes these are mine didn't know what to call them.

Add lots of jewelry to some baggy t-shirts and skinny jeans. I love when people wear a lot of bracelets on their arm. It seems effortless to me, like they just enjoy wearing those. I also really like the shoes and other suggestions above.
