Use Clean & Clear Persa Gel. It's 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. You can use it all over your chest since it's less sensitive then your face. If applying on your face, only apply it to the pimples, not your entire face.

Grab a gel Advil pill, stick a pin in it, put a dab on your finger and apply it directly to the pimples. Models use this trick all the time to get rid of little zits fast!

Honestly sometimes its bacteria, my back is always breaking out so what I do is I use hand sanitizer and clean it every day with cotton I rub it all over or toothpaste OR lemon mixed with sugar it also removes stains.

You have to use uncoated aspirin not advil or motrin just plain aspirin with no coating but you should wash the area with exfoliating glove and a acne face cleanser then moisturize

I've personally used the Advil gels and they work pretty much instantly. Apply over night for a couple nights and zap!😊

Thanks gals... But how about any that make zits disappear overnight? I tried honey&bandaids, but that just left red marks from the band aids for like 3 days.

I agree with Jacqueline about the Persa Gel. It is so amazing. Just be careful, it may bleach your clothes so wear white when you put it on.

The aspirin is a anti-imflammatory so it help it go down an with the redness or try what Kaitlyn said maybe it will work for you.

Put an ice cube on the blemishes 3 times a day. Make sure there is no makeup and do not put any other products. Just the ice will reduce the redness and size overnight... I use it all the time and it works wonders :)

Pour a couple tsp's of honey onto half of a lemon cut in half. Rub onto trouble spots and leave on for 10 min. Then wash off.

I agree with the aspirin. I crush it and mix it with a bit of water to make a paste and apply that. It works quick!

Wash with a very strong peppermint soap and scrub. Not to hard.
