Hello beauties!
Since 12yo, I have been trying every possible way to remove my pimples to the point where I spent over $500 on a product.
It took me 6 years of agony, but here is the cure.
- 1 to 3 cups of green tea a day.
- Levlin (a form of pill, cheap as chips!)
- After you shower, coconut oil.
- Anndddd, sunblock!
Now a lot of you are probably thinking 'uh-uh, no way! Never will I ever put sunblock or oil on my face!'.. I was exactly the same, and yes those 2 things gave me the terrible acne. But the one key ingredient that stops your body from turning them into pimples is the green tea.. A lot of you will see a magnificent different in just drinking the tea. But what I have given you is the worst case scenario if you can relate to me.
Feel free to ask me any questions ladies because I have been there and I was at the point where some mornings I didnt want to wake up. So don't suffer anymore girls because the one person who finds it the ugliest is you, and we are all too beautiful to have that mind set.
xx T.

What about scars?

I've heard the green tea has to be hot, when its cooled down it loses its benefits. Is this true? Also, can it be sweetened?

Does the tea work if it is sweetened? Or does it have to be all natural (I like to add sugar or honey to my tea)

I don't have access to the other stuff besides green tea. do you think just having green tea would clear up a lot? how long will I have to take green tea beofre seeing the effects?

Yes, what about the scars, the temp of the tea & if honey is ok to add?

@ranya R.
The coconut oil is for scars, can't completely eliminate but with evening the skin tone they become hardly noticeable.
@Allison W.
No, tea does not have to be hot! Skin wise you can drink Iraq however, weightloss is when the hot theory is bought in due to the heat breaking things down quicker and making your body work.
@Mini L.
Go for it! Adding your sweets will not prevent its charm. Honey is a fantastic antibacterial! And suger is in everyones diet, so adding a little to your tea is no different then eating a biscuit with your tea.
@Jessica L.
Now my skin was a shocker! If you drink 3 cups a day and eat an average diet with some fruit and vege I wouldn't be surprised if you saw results in a week. As long as you keep it up :)
@Ashlyn T.
Coconut oil is a scar clearer aswell (honestly a gift from god) and add those sweetners because its not preventing your results :)

Oh my goodness thank you! I'm obsessed with getting clear skin, my skin is pretty bad :/ So, with the coconut oil, do you leave it on, rinse it off? How often do you use it?? :)

Trying this for sure! I work at Dunkin Donuts and I always drink sweet iced tea because I don't drink coffee. I'm go. a switch to iced green tea and give it a try. :)

@Tierra T.
Leave the oil on :) I try to wash my face 3 times a day and put it on after but if you're too busy or don't want to once before bed with a generous amount is still great :)
@Allison W.
Whatever works best with your lifestyle/job is going to give you better results then not doing anything :) Hope it works All :)

Is coconut oil better than lemon for scars?

@Sheramie B.
I use any cheap exfoliating scrub, just as long as you use it gently! Main key. Although when I first started and had crazy sensitive skin I used the bars of Dove soap which were amazing.
Coconut oil is definitely a winner, as lemon is so acidic it can cause great irritation to your skin causing it to dry out and try and produce more moisture.. Which means, more pimples :( The reason I love the oil so much is because it gives your skin a velvet feel not a oily clogged feeling which I get with almost anything I use. Perfect for minimizing scars :)
