Urgent! Does anyone know if you can do this?!

I've been using the Burts Bees facial cleanser and targeted spot treatment. The spot treatment is something that you leave on after you cleanse. Does anyone know if I can put primer, powder or foundation on my face after I've used the spot treatment? I need to know for tomorrow!

Thanks @Megan H. And do you know if the targeted spot ttreatment is supposed to burn for a bit after you put it on?
