Benzoyl peroxide... That's the only thing that works for me and I had very bad acne. You can get it prescribed by a doctor.
By the way... I hate Murad cosmetics! It actually made my skin worse! The purging process has never ended when I was using it! 😝

It depends on your type of skin and type of acne you need to look for products n solutions that fit your specific skin care needs there is no "one product fixes all" when it comes to acne - but try the Mario badescu line they have various products for various skin problems and take their online survey to see what will work for you n they can send you free samples too otherwise I'm oily/combo with sensitive skin so I stick with more natural products like witch hazel, tea tree oil n willow bark.

Maybe try a glycolic face wash and cvs brand tinted sulfur spot treatment. This has worked winders for me

If you have combination skin like myself, I would suggest trying a combination of tea tree oil, Neutrogena On-The-Spot Treatment, and jojoba oil. What I use as a face wash daily is the Cetaphil bar soap. After that, what I apply on my problem areas are the tea tree oil (must be 100%, no fillers), then the Neutrogena On-The-Spot Treatment, and follow with the jojoba oil all over the face. These work very well in combination because the tea tree oil and the On-The-Spot Treatment dry out the acne, while the jojoba oil will prevent flaking. Jojoba oil mimics natural sebum produced by the skin, so it will not clog pores. I noticed that dry, flaky skin provokes the skin to break out, so it is important to keep moisturized even though you may be worried about breaking out because of too much oil on the skin. It depends on the moisturizer you use, because I find that some moisturizers actually make the situation worse. Jojoba oil is not greasy, and if I may add, it does work to fade acne scars. When you apply it at night, you will notice that you wake up to more of an even skin tone. This has been my successful acne prevention regimen so far. Of course I still get breakouts, but it's all about keeping it under control. I also use the St. I've's Apricot Scrub in the shower for exfoliation, which I find is very important for prevention. Hope this helps and feel free to let me know if you have any questions!! To clear skin!!

I suffer from reactive sensitive skin and rosacea. Tea Tree oil, aspirin based honey exfoliating face masks and changing my cleanser from foaming to a cleansing milk helped me immensely.
