I exfoliate twice a week and I still get yellow heads mainly on my nose. Also my nose has started to go all red and blotchy after exfoliating? And I do moisturise.

You can use a extractor. Try to use a detox mask.

Okay this sounds weird but desitin it's like a cream for baby's diaper rash if you put it on after a warm shower all over the area where you break out it evens your skin tone and works as an amazing spot treatment. The only downside is that it smells a little like fish and comes off if you touch your face but if to your it on at night and sleep with it on in the morning your problem area will look like 20% better.
