So for the holidays I got the kat von D starry eyes eyeliner kit. I loove it. I have taken off the caps to make storage easier and I loove these eyeliners I use them all the time. They have been drying up lately and yesterday one of the colors Completely shriveled up and the color fell out! I'm really disappointed as I really like these eyeliners. Also when I take the caps off other liners this doesn't happen. Any suggestions or has this happened to any of you?

These might not have been as creamy as others , so therefor had less to dry out. I recommend keeping caps on products at all costs.

If you want to fix something you dropped and broke or shriveled up, crush the shriveled/broken product completely up then mix in a bit of pure alcohol an leave still over night. It will fix the product! This works best with powdered products but if you have nothing to lose, try it with the shriveled up stuff.

Saline solution works well and you can use it in dried up mascara too:)
