You can pretty much turn any lipstick into a matte with translucent powder, but Mac has the best ones.

On the cheap I would have today NYX and Wet N Wild. Otherwise I would say, Tarte, Stila Mac, and of course OCC lips tars.

I heard MAC is really good but also I liked kate moss lipstick from rimmel it's matte and goes on really easily
