Yes it will. Why would you want to get a belly bottom piercing?! They get stuck on your clothing. I wouldn't recommend it but yes, it does hurt.

All my friends have belly button piercings and they are 14, all of them said it doesn't hurt at all!

I got mine at 15 and it's on the bottom too! Don't worry it doesn't actually get stuck on clothes at all. Ever.. It does hurt though. It's not cry worthy or excruciating or anything like that but yeah it'll hurt for a second. Nothing to be scared about! I used to be afraid of needles but I've had 16 piercings now so if I can overcome it so can you! ^.^
