My Hair is Thinning!

Is there anything I can do to stop thinning. It is worse on the top, like the mane area... Ugh, I love my hair, I NEED MY HAIR!!!!! lol HELP!!!!! Anything I should buy, or do to stop this. What about hair dye? Anything I should stay away from, dont do it at all? Blow drying? Conditioners, treatments, etc.... #INEEDANSWERS!!!

I have thinning hair due to pcos and hyper/hypo thyroid. Make sure you don't have one of these conditions. have dr run some bloodwork

Exactly, thinning hair is generally an indication that something within the body is lacking or off balance. I had the issue from pcos as well. For me it was able to be treated with vitamin therapy.
